Who we are
SkinOnMain is operated by 1553084 B.C. Ltd., in partnership with Carebridge Pharmacy, 101-4484 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V5V 3R3, licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (Pharmacy Licence #15176). What we collect
- Identity and contact information: name, date of birth, email, phone, shipping address, and government photo ID (required by law for prescription verification).
- Health information: your intake answers, skin photos, medical history, medications, allergies, prescriptions, and pharmacy records.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe for online payments and by our in-pharmacy Chase point-of-sale terminal for in-person payments; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information: device, browser, and usage data collected through cookies as described below.
Why we collect it
To provide your care: prescriber review, pharmacist assessment, compounding, dispensing, delivery, refills, and follow-up. We also use limited information to operate and secure our services, meet College record-keeping requirements, and, only with your separate optional consent, send marketing communications.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored on servers located in Canada, hosted with Cloudflare. Access is limited to your care team: your prescriber, the pharmacy team, and staff who need it to deliver your care. Every access is logged. We never sell your information, and your photos and ID are never used for marketing.
Who we share it with
- Independent licensed Canadian physicians and nurse practitioners, for clinical review.
- Shipping carriers, limited to name and address.
- Payment processor, limited to billing information.
- Regulators or courts, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Pharmacy and prescription records are retained for the period required by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia bylaws, and then securely destroyed. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe or on request.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, ask us to correct it, withdraw marketing consent at any time, and file a complaint with our privacy officer, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC.
Cookies and advertising
We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies at this time. If we introduce advertising or additional analytics tools in future, we will update this policy and provide a consent banner with a clear opt-out before any such cookie is set. No health information, photos, or identity documents are ever shared with analytics or advertising platforms.
