1. Who provides the service
SkinOnMain is operated by 1553084 B.C. Ltd., 1566 West 26th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6J 2W9. Pharmacy services, compounding, and dispensing are provided by Carebridge Pharmacy, 101-4484 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V5V 3R3, licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (Licence #15176). Medical assessments are performed by independent licensed Canadian physicians and nurse practitioners. SkinOnMain does not practise medicine and never guarantees that a prescription will be issued.
2. Where the service is available
SkinOnMain is available across Canada. Every prescription is issued by a licensed Canadian physician or nurse practitioner, and every formula is reviewed, compounded, and shipped from Carebridge Pharmacy in Vancouver, BC. You must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Prescriptions
All prescription products require a valid prescription issued after review by a licensed Canadian prescriber. The prescriber may approve, modify, or decline your request, and may require additional information. Identity verification with government photo ID is required by law. Compounded preparations are made for you individually and do not have a Drug Identification Number (DIN). Tretinoin is approved in Canada for the treatment of acne; cosmetic use is off-label at your prescriber's discretion.
4. Pricing and billing
Prices are displayed transparently in the Formula Bar before you provide any personal information. Your monthly price equals the base price plus your selected boosters, exactly as displayed. There are no additional fees at checkout. Your card is authorized at intake and charged only if your prescription is approved. Subscriptions renew monthly; we send a reminder before each refill, and you can pause, modify, or cancel anytime before a refill ships from your account or by contacting us.
5. Shipping
Shipping is free, tracked, and available Canada-wide via Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, other commercial couriers, and our local delivery team. Compounded formulas typically ship within 3 to 5 business days of prescription approval. Every formula ships in protective packaging that guards against both heat and cold. If a delivery fails, is lost, or arrives compromised, contact us and we will remake and reship it at no cost.
6. Returns and refunds
Under College of Pharmacists of British Columbia regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or reused once dispensed. We stand behind every compound we make: if there is any issue with your formula, contact us and we will fix it, remake it, and ship it again at no cost. You may cancel any order before it leaves the pharmacy for a full refund. If your prescription is declined, you are not charged.
7. Medical emergencies
SkinOnMain is not for emergencies. If you experience a severe reaction, stop use and seek immediate medical attention or call 911.
8. Acceptable use, accounts, and accuracy
You agree to provide true and complete health information, to use your own identity, and not to share prescription products with others. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. The SkinOnMain name, the Formula Bar, and all site content are the property of 1553084 B.C. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission. To the extent permitted by law, SkinOnMain and Carebridge Pharmacy are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for professional pharmacy services under the applicable regulatory framework. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
