1. Who provides the service

2. Where the service is available
SkinOnMain is available to residents of: [LIST PROVINCES AT LAUNCH, e.g. British Columbia]. We add provinces as licensing permits and keep this list current. You must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Prescriptions
All prescription products require a valid prescription issued after review by a licensed Canadian prescriber. The prescriber may approve, modify, or decline your request, and may require additional information. Identity verification with government photo ID is required by law. Compounded preparations are made for you individually and do not have a Drug Identification Number (DIN). Tretinoin is approved in Canada for the treatment of acne; cosmetic use is off-label at your prescriber's discretion.
4. Pricing and billing
Prices are displayed transparently in the Formula Bar before you provide any personal information. Your monthly price equals the base price plus your selected boosters, exactly as displayed. There are no additional fees at checkout. Your card is authorized at intake and charged only if your prescription is approved. Subscriptions renew monthly; we send a reminder before each refill, and you can pause, modify, or cancel anytime before a refill ships from your account or by contacting us.
5. Shipping
Shipping is free, tracked, and available Canada-wide via [CARRIERS]. Compounded formulas typically ship within 3-5 business days of prescription approval. [ADD: heat-sensitivity handling, delivery failure policy.]
6. Returns and refunds
By law, prescription medications cannot be returned or reused once shipped.
